03/15/2019: DO:" If the missing nitrate sample is for well #4 in New Holland, that well is still out of service and it does not appear that New Holland plans to put it back in service at this point". JL
Jan 2019 well still out of service may never be back according to voice mail received by PDC lab.

05/11/2012: Jeri, please increase the monitoring so that wells 3 and 4 and TP02 are all sampled together each quarter. This will have to continue indefinitely. Since TP02 is a backup source of water, New Holland needs to be able to show that well 3 and 4 can be blended together sufficiently at all times, otherwise a mixing tank or treatment may be required.
